Hi Friends,
The 2025 Notices of Valuation (NOV) are out for property owners in Larimer and Weld Counties. If you feel your assessed value looks too high, you have the right to protest it—and we’re here to help.
We’re happy to take a look at your NOV with you and help gather comparable sales or other data to support your case. Even if you’re just unsure about what your valuation means, we can walk through it together.
Important Deadlines:
Larimer County: File your protest by June 9, 2025
Weld County: File your protest by June 8, 2025
What the process looks like:
Step 1: Review your NOV for accuracy
Step 2: Gather comparables or supporting evidence
Step 3: Submit your protest online, by mail, or in person
Step 4: Wait for the county’s decision in your Notice of Determination
We know this process can feel a little confusing or overwhelming—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Just reach out and we’ll do what we can to support you!
