With low inventory in most markets and with interest rates remaining extremely low, the 4th Quarter has been especially strong so we are excited to share those numbers with you when they are available.

We’ve been in a seller’s market for years but in almost a decade of selling real estate here, this market might be the hottest I have seen as inventory in all price points is too tight for the demand.
